Bloody mary
- 1 litre tomato juice
- 12 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp Spanish smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 180mL vodka
- 180mL manzanilla sherry
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1 bunch celery
- Ice
So what exactly is South American-style bloody mary? Bloody mary with double the amount of booze.
Method
Combine all ingredients except celery and ice and stir or shake. Cut celery into sticks 5cm longer than serving glasses. Pour drinks into glasses over ice and garnish with celery sticks.
Makes about 8 drinks.
